The Love Graphs worksheet provided exactly that—by forcing us to plot out every single point in the relationship, we ended the conversation with mutual empathy and respect.
At first, I thought the worksheet sounded weird. What was there to talk about? Were we really gonna uncover anything? Why can’t we just talk with words instead of drawing? But it turns out it was really helpful as a starting point.

I would definitely recommend this to anyone who went through a breakup recently and is struggling to get closure. I wish it was available years ago! - I really enjoyed using "Love Graphs" to plot my relationship. It was an extremely reflective process when I tried it out on my own -- it helped me pinpoint where my relationship went awry and how I can improve.
